Tom Monks started Equity Commercial Real
Estate in Denver, Colorado in 1992. Equity
specializes in leasing and selling commercial
property in Denver. Tom has sold over 200
office properties, warehouses properties,
development land properties, and
successfully negotiated leases on over 400
properties. Many of the properties are located
in the Central Business District,  Midtown,
Cherry Creek, Colorado Boulevard,
Broadway/Santa Fe corridor and DTC market.
 My goal is to work with clients, maximizing
their opportunity while leasing, purchasing
and selling commercial property, to provide a
high level of personal service.
